Unresolved issues in Joint Mechanism: LTTE

Just three days ahead of the international donors' conference on post-tsunami reconstruction in Sri Lanka, the LTTE has pointed to some unresolved issues in the debate on the proposed Government-LTTE joint mechanism for reconstruction in the Tamil-speaking North Eastern Province.
