The Sri Lanka Development Forum 2005 will begin today at 9.30 AM in Kandy. President Chandrika Kumaratunga will deliver the welcome speech at this important event, which is being held in Sri Lanka for the first time at the Earl's Regency Hotel in Kandy. Over 120 delegates from more than 50 countries and multilateral donor agencies will participate.
