It has been seen that the Tamil tigers, the terrorist organization( LTTE) has bought a url and are in the process of promoting it as if it's the official website of the Sri Lankan army. This url states all acts done by the LTTE has the acts done by the Army.
We wish to bring to the notice of all international and local communities that the Sri Lankan army has only one website, which is indeed the legitimate website. www.army.lk and any other website that promotes is inaccurate and false. The military is taking necessary action to ban such websites and arrest the terrorist who are operating from a foriegn country, claiming to be a legitimate organization.
It is recommend that this article to be forwarded to all Sri Lankans living abroad, including the international community.
