Rajapaksa Highlights Tamil Tiger Terrorism in Sri Lanka At Havana’s Non-aligned Summit

Daya Gamage – US National Correspondent for Asian Tribune

Washington, D.C. 16 September (Asiantribune.com):Making the host country, Cuba, which endeavored to export its revolution overseas in the form of national liberation struggles in several Third World nations in the sixties and seventies comfortable, Sri Lanka’s President Mahinda Rajapakse brought a contrast between national liberation struggles, which he described as "creative and humane force", and his country’s home grown terrorism led by Tamil Tigers labeling it as "a destructive force, - a de-humanizing force – that cannot in any way be justified" urging the international community to help his South Asian nation to end to "the most de-humanizing and politically destabilizing phenomenon of our time."

Great, keep up the good work, and make sure you tie the tigers down, so they cannot go back to killing civilians and innocent children.

i dont think we had anybody like this before. Only person who we had was premadasa who was killed by the ltte.

i saw a good posting before, make sure that we tie the tigers down and get their name list. this will ensure that the entire peace process is protected and they are willing to come for a political settlement.
