Sri Lankan commandoes advance in to Tiger held Sampur

Colombo, 01 September, (Asiantribune.com):Security Forces took control of Kattaparichchan today and advancing in to Tiger territory in Sampur as Tiger guerillas showed little resistance after initial loses. Troops have advanced 2 .5 km in to LTTE controlled area, which has been heavily mined and booby-trapped by the Tigers.
