Bliar – Mahinda confab, details remain sketchy

London, 01 September, (Asiantribune.com) : Sri Lanka’s President Mahinda Rajapakse and British Prime Minister Tony Blair met and the two leaders "iscussed the political situation in Sri Lanka and general global issues."

It was further added that they discussed about strengthening bilateral relations, the ethnic conflict and international issues.
