Top General LTTE's nightmare

Top-ranking general of the SL army who was the target of an assassination attempt by the LTTE has said the LTTE controlled eastern town of Sampoor could fall within days. General Sarath Fonseka amazingly survived a suicide bomb blast in that killed 7 of his body guards in April. It is said the general wanted to continue his work from the hospital bed. 3 months on and he is fully recovered and the man seems to be determined than ever. He is turning out to be a nightmare for the Tigers. Having survived their attack, the general seems to be on mission to flush out the Tigers and end the Tiger menace in Sri Lanka for good.

Lets see if he can take the East as he promised. I really doubt it.

I am sure, he can. They always had the chance, but didnt have a strong leader that is capable. Only other person we had was Maj Gen. Denzil Kobbakaduwa. Who for obvious and political reasons were bumped off.

We need dedicated and people who love the country to lead it, and not terrorist, or people that can be bought for money!!!!
