Some NGOs think they are Diplomats
In view of the recent interest in the conduct of NGO's I was given a picture of a vehicle with DPL sticker - except that the vehicle had non-diplomatic plates and allegedly belong to an NGO. Certain NGO's with no diplomatic powers are said to be breaking the Sri Lankan laws by misusing the 'DPL' sign on their private or official vehicles.

it was funny. Today another NGO worker by the name of Warren (bald guy with a goti) has been seen getting off a cab (Van) at the Barista (near galle face) with his gal (wearing a mini, only a few inches away from her ...hmmm ).
This guy has been having many Orgie parties, once again including parties at his NGO office in COlombo 5 sometime back.
They are here to do tsunami work, but i always see them drinking, having coffee, dining out at fancy places, at Cinnamon grand, etc. Never work i think. I am sure, the Orgie living community of COlombo knows who we are talking about.
Can we start investigating these people? They are collecting funds from donors and not doing anything at all.
