Deputy Secretary Of SCOPP Shot Dead

Colombo: The group of Unidentified pistol men shot and kill a senior official of the Secretariat for Coordinating the Peace Process (SCOPP) Saturday (12) AT about 9.30 p.m. inside his resident at DEHIWALA, Colombo, Sri Lanka. The accessing have come in van an shot a victim, LOGANANATHAN (54) a Deputy Secretary of the SCOPP before they fled immediately after the incident.

However, Mr LOGANANATHAN was pronounced dead on admission to KALUBOVILA hospital.
