Sri Lanka truce monitors say govt., rebels must meet

Nov 28 (Reuters) Sri Lanka's Tamil Tigers and the new government must meet as soon as possible to revitalise a peace process that has hit rock bottom, the chief Nordic truce monitor said on Monday, warning some wanted a return to war.
