LTTE leader lashes out at "Sinhala forces"

Nov 28 (Hindu) The leader of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), V. Prabhakaran, on Sunday said "Sinhala-Buddhist racist forces" had prevented the emergence of a "congenial atmosphere of goodwill" between Colombo and the LTTE.
