Commonwealth urged to stop terrorists from crossing borders

Nov 28 (ANN) Still reeling from the recent assassination of Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar, Sri Lanka has again urged the world to ensure that terrorists or terrorist groups do not obstruct or destabilise the ongoing peace processes through acts of terrorism - such as targeted suicide assassinations.
