Sri Lanka rebels warn may intensify struggle

Nov 27 (Reuters) Sri Lanka's Tamil Tiger rebels issued a fresh ultimatum to the government on Sunday, warning they would intensify their struggle unless given acceptable political powers, but the speech was less hawkish than some had expected.
