LTTE attacked JVP office to kill MP -- Police

Aug 9 (AsianTribune) While hundreds of protesters marched against the LTTE attack on the JVP office in Kantale, near Trincomalee, the arrested LTTE cadre involved in the attack had confessed to the Police that he was ordered by LTTE’s Kattaparichchan Intelligence Leader Niroshan to kill the JVP MP, Jayantha Wijesekera, who was in office at the time.
