PM says he did not seek permisson from the LTTE

Aug 7 (TheAcademic.org) Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse has denied reports that he made a request from the LTTE to provide facilities for him to participate in the Madhu feast this year. A spokesman for the Prime Minister said reports published last week that the Premier made such a request was totally false, fabricated and was in bad taste.
