Funds should be utilised to help poor people and temples in Sri Lanka

Most Ven. Thibbotuwawe Sri Siddhartha Sumangala Mahanayake Thera of the Malwatte Chapter has lamented that there is no program to help poor Buddhists and poor temples in the country by using funds raised by the Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy.
