Kilinochchi Donor Conference Put Off

The Donor conference with the LTTE in Kilinochchi was tentatively postponed for Friday in a sequel to the killing of Army Intelligence Chief Lt.Col.T.N.Muthalif but ADB sources hesitated to confirm this as the reason for the postponement.
