Kadirgamar says Sri Lanka is firmly committed to a joint mechanism
May 06 (LankaPage) Colombo: The Sri Lankan government today announced that it is firmly committed to the proposed joint mechanism with the LTTE.
"On the part of the President [Chandrika Kumaratunga], there is a very firm commitment this joint mechanism will be signed," Sri Lankan Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar said.
