Hitch in Indo-Lanka defence pact

May 4 (AsianTribune) India and Sri Lanka will continue talks on the final draft of the proposed defence cooperation agreement. Two countries failed to finalise the agreement during the talks with the visiting Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran. Officials disclosed that the discussions focused on security related issues including the stalled peace process and the ethnic problem and proposed defence cooperation agreement.
