TRO men caught with over Rs. 18 m

May 4 (South Asia Media Net) Mannar police on Sunday arrested two men, travelling in a Land Rover at the Uylankulam road block, on suspicion, and discovered that they were in possession of Rs. 18,829,000 in cash, a lap top computer, a satelite phone, and two cellular phones.
