Wen to sign agreement on rebuilding tsunami-battered Sri Lanka

April 8 (Bloomberg) China and Sri Lanka will today announce a multimillion-dollar project that will include building roads, ports and other infrastructure, said Sri Lanka's Finance Minister Sarath Amunugama.
