India would never give legitimacy to Prabhakaran - Solheim
April 07 (LankaPage) Colombo: India has warned the Norwegians that it would never give legitimacy or recognition to Tiger leader Velupillai Prabhakaran or his group after the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi, a top Norwegian envoy said.
