UK Court rejects LTTE grab of Shiva Temple in London

Apr 8 (Asian Tribune) Yesterday Mr Justice Tugendhat put an end to the attempts of the LTTE to grab the Eelapatheeswarar Aalayam (Shiva Temple) in London by ruling that the original Trustees -- two of whom were held incommunicado in the Vanni --should take control and run the affairs of this Hindu Temple as they had done for the last six years.
