Intensify measures to curb rival killings -SLMM

April 8 (LankaTruth) Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission is now holding negotiations with the Army, Police and Tigers Organizations separately, as the Wanni Tigers have refused to sit with the other parties at the negotiating table. Therefore the SLMM had a discussion from 11.00 to 12.00 am this morning with security forces at 233 Army Headquarters in Batticaloa.
