UNICEF says Tamil Tiger rebels have recruited 106 children since the tsunami

April 5 (AP) - Tamil Tiger rebels have recruited 106 children into their ranks since the devastating Indian Ocean tsunami, in some cases taking young recruits directly from relief camps, the U.N. children's agency said Tuesday. UNICEF has accused the rebels of recruiting children orphaned or displaced by the tsunami.
