Post-tsunami re-construction "slow" in Lanka: EU

April 1 (HindustanTimes) The European Union (EU) has found the post-tsunami reconstruction work in Sri Lanka to be very slow, and has called for the setting up of co-ordination mechanisms at the provincial level to speed up the process.
