LTTE submits fresh proposals for joint tsunami aid project

March 31 (Khaleej Times) - Tamil rebels who rejected the Sri Lankan government's revised version of a joint mechanism to distribute foreign tsunami aid has handed over a fresh proposal to the Norwegian Peace Envoy Erik Solheim in Vienna, a Tamil newspaper reported yesterday.
