Car bomb explodes in S.Lanka capital, 3 hurt

April 21 (Reuters) A car bomb exploded outside a hotel in dontown Colombo late on Wednesday evening, injuring three people inlcuding a police inspector, police said. It was unclear who was responsible for the attack.
