Hakeem says Muslims Kept out of Joint Mechanism

April 20 (LankaMuslim) SLMC leader Rauff Hakeem told US Assistant Secretary of State Christina Rocca that Muslims in Sri Lanka have been kept out of the discussions on the joint mechanism from the beginning though the Muslim community is the most affected in the north and the east.
