Key member of Sri Lanka's ruling coalition threatens to quit over aid to rebel areas

April 20 (AP) A key partner in Sri Lanka's ruling coalition has threatened to quit the government if it forms a joint agency with Tamil Tiger rebels to oversee the distribution of foreign tsunami aid to guerrilla areas, a newspaper said Wednesday.
