Stop for a chat, Tamil Tigers urge Prince Charles
COLOMBO, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Britain's Prince Charles will come within a stone's throw of Tamil Tiger territory when he tours Sri Lanka's tsunami-ravaged east next week -- and the rebels want him to pop in for a chat.
"We would like to receive him, there's no doubt about that. He's always welcome," S. Puleedevan, secretary-general of the Tigers' Peace Secretariat and senior rebel negotiator, told Reuters on Friday.
