No mandate to give effect to the statement - JVP

Feb 25 (LT) The JVP says that the government has no right to give an Interim Administration Authority to the Tigers' Organisation or even to discuss about it and no mandate has been given to give effect to such a thing. The genertal secretary of the JVP made these remarks at a press briefing yesterday.
