Peace process intact: Japanese envoy

Feb 14 (Xinhua) Sri Lanka's peace process is very much intact despite breakdown in negotiations, a Japanese special peace envoy said here Sunday. Yasushi Akashi said that the tsunami disaster presented the government and the LTTE a new opportunity to get together and resolve the long running ethnic separatist armed conflict.
