Monitors warn Sri Lanka cease-fire under strain as rebels raise serious concerns

Feb 13 (AP) Sri Lanka's fragile cease-fire has come under new strain after the deadly ambush of a top rebel commander and a grenade attack on a guerrilla office, a truce monitor said Sunday. Unidentified assailants lobbed a grenade at a Tamil Tiger office late Saturday, killing one person and wounding two others.
