Sri Lanka accuses NHS of luring away its medical staff

Feb 13 (GU) Sri Lanka - still recovering from the devastation of December's tsunami - has accused Britain of undermining its already embattled health service by failing to prevent hospitals luring away trained doctors and nurses to work in the UK.
