Karuna wants berth in Govt. - LTTE joint mechanism

Feb 19 (LT) Eastern tiger organization led by Karuna Amman is to demand representation for the Eastern Province if a joint mechanism between the S.L.Govt. and Wanni tiger organization is established to manage reconstruction of tsunami ravaged areas in the North and the East.
