JVP help declined

Feb 27 (BBC) The Relief services unit attached to the JVP had to withdraw from the Periyakallaru area of the east. The ‘Sahanaseva Balakaya’ of the JVP led by Colombo district Provincial councillor kanchana Pieris arrived in the area to build temporary shelter for those who have been displaced by the tsunami.
