Will Norway and Co-chairs back the EPDP Council in LTTE-controlled area?

Mar 30 (AT) The Co-chairs and Norway, the official facilitator in the peace process in Sri Lanka, are faced with a knotty problem: will they back the legally elected representatives of the Eelam Peoples' Democratic Party (EPDP) to run the Puthukudiyiruppu Pradeshiya Sabha or will they back the LTTE who lost control of it to the EPDP, their arch rivals.
