Tamil Tiger negotiator meets with cease-fire mediator in London
Mar 29 (AP) The Tamil Tigers' chief negotiator met a Norwegian government minister in London Wednesday to prepare for talks with the Sri Lankan government aimed at repairing the two sides' tattered cease-fire.
