Hoisting flag does not violate CFA: LTTE

Mar 28 (SAMN) The LTTE yesterday claimed that the hoisting of the rebel flag in government-controlled areas cannot be ruled as a violation of the Ceasefire Agreement since the organisation was not a banned outfit in Sri Lanka.
