Norway does not back "self-rule for Tamils" as stated by the Indian magazine

Mar 30 (AT) Embarrassed by media reports that Norway was backing "self-rule" for the Tamils of Sri Lanka the Royal Norwegian Foreign Ministry released the written question and answer to prove that Erik Solheim who gave the interview to the Indian magazine Tehelka never made such a statement.
