Norway no scapegoat for Peace Process setbacks

Dec 4 (ANN) Norwegian Minister and Peace Facilitator Eric Solheim met Indian Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran in New Delhi on Friday (Dec 2) and exchanged notes on the evolving situation in Sri Lanka as regards the peace process after President Mahinda Rajapakse assumed office on Nov 19.
