President Kumaratunga says the time has come for 'revolutionary changes' in Sri Lanka

Dec 02 (ColomboPage) Former President Chandrika Kumaratunga in her farewell speech yesterday said the time has come to make "revolutionary changes" in the history of Sri Lanka, though it will "necessarily cause some dissatisfaction amongst some groups."
