'Sirasa' wait till dawn to record Chandrika's speech
Dec 02 (LankaTruth) Former President Ms. Chandrika Bandaranayke Kumaratunga had asked 'Sirasa' TV to broadcast her 'speech to the Nation' when the state media had ignored her request earlier.
