Oct 14 (AsianTribune.com) 60-year-old Charles Gnanakone first shot in to the limelight when the Weekend Liberal in Australia exposed his 60-million deal to develop Dubbo – a rural town between Sydney and Melbourne. Gnanakone with his Singaporean partner lodged a 60-million dollar property development plan which includes residential houses, golf course and other facilities. It was the biggest ever development plan ever lodged with the Dubbo City Council.
