Tamil Tigers ask Norway to break ice for Sri Lanka talks
Oct 14 (AFP) Tamil Tiger rebels on Thursday asked peace broker Norway to help end the deadlock in Sri Lanka's peace process amid a renewed outbreak of internecine clashes.
