Talks would be priority with LTTE - Ranil

Oct 13 (WI) Sri Lankan Presidential candidate and leader of the main opposition United National Party (UNP) Ranil Wickremesinghe said here today that reopening the peace negotiations with the Tamil Tiger rebels would be 'on top of his priority list' if he is elected in the November 17 presidential poll.
