LTTE to hold Tamil Resurgence conference in Jaffna while ‘Pongu Tamil Ganesh’ is still in custody

Sep 20 (Asian Tribune) Arrangements are underway to hold the Tamil National Resurgence Jaffna district level conference on 30 September in Jaffna, while “Pongu Tamil Ganesh” a former leader of the Jaffna campus student organization, the disgraced professor K. T. Ganeshalingam who was alleged of raping more than 40 times a 13 year old servant girl and kept in custody and denied of bail by the Jaffna Magistrate Srinithi Nandasegaram when the case came up for trial on September 6, 2005.
