PM to cancel P-TOMS, rejects ISGA:Wimal

Sep 17 (SAMN) Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapakse who made an unexpected appearance at the Patriotic National Movement (PNM) led Federation of National Organizations convention at the Maharagama Youth Centre yesterday made a patriotic plea to safe guard the country.
