Transparency International says non-function of Constitutional and Election Commissions in Sri Lanka adversely affect the law of the country

July 29 (ColomboPage) Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL) yesterday urged the Constitutional Council and the Independent Elections Commission to be made functional without further delay as non-function of these two had adversely affected the rule of law in the country.
